To: Mr.Trump,

                  Both national and global securities are like pent-up baloons and brimming dams

where even a slightest needle hole can not be tolerated.

                  Monroeism of 1823 is now meaningless in 2016.

                  As soon as the U.S. loses South Korea ,Japan Australia,the Philippines and so on

or ousted by them, the U.S. dollar will be devalued  by more or less 50%, though not accurate enough,

around 5% of which could be enough to maintain U.S. army presence in those countries

                  We understand that you  were a successful  businessman. In order to do more successful

business, let me advise you that you should know the relations between security and econmy. If the U.S.

impaires security pacts with  those countries, it will be impossible for the U.S. to freely put the arbitrary

price tags on the various armaments going to those countries.

                  The U.S. has been able to do everything including the purchase of the whole world with

her mighty dollars. It`s because all the U.S. should do is to issue U.S. dollar notes worth an avalanche

value kept alive thanks to those countrie`s security efforts. But, once the U.S. lose their security efforts

for the Pacific rim,the U.S. dollar notes will be nothing but a rubbish !
