비엔나에 있는 세계에서 제일 높은 줄엮은 돌아가는 바퀴 의자. 



Thor's Well a/k/a "the gates of the dungeon" on Cape Perpetua, Oregon.
At moderate tide and strong surf, flowing water creates a fantastic landscape. 


미국 오레곤 주에 있는 펄페투아 만에 위치한 똘이의 우물 또는  "토굴감옥 입구".
적당히 빠진 썰물, 강하게 밀려드는 파도와 흐르는 물이 이런 기상천외의 광경을 자아낸다.

일년에 두 번씩 멕시코만에서 가오리들이 이주한다.
봄이 되면 유카탄 반도에서부터 거의 만 마리의
노랑가오리들이 플로리다로 수염쳐갔다가 가을에 다시 돌아온다.

This city is the northernmost point of Denmark, where the Baltic and North Seas meet.
The two opposing tides in this place can not merge because they have different densities.

 

휴양지 스카겐에서 아주 경이로운 자연현상을 볼 수 있다.
이 마을은 덴마크 북쪽 끝에 있어 발틱해와 북해가 만나는 점에 있다.
이곳에서 두 상반되는 조수가 만나지만 섞이지 않는 것은 두 바닷물의 농도가 다르기 때문이다.

The bridge length over 36km is calculated for eight car lanes,
and is the longest sea bridge in the world. 

 

중국 산동지역엔 지아오조우 만을 가로지르는 다리가 하나 있다.
36킬로 이상 되는 이 다리는  8개의 차량 통로가 있게끔
설계되었으며 세계에서 해상 위의 다리로 제일 긴 다리다.

These phenomena can be observed in several places in China.
This example is located in Zhangye, Province of Gansu. 
The color is the result of an accumulation for millions of years of
red sand stone and other rocks.

이것은  단시아 지형이라고 알려진 특이한 지질현상이다.
이런 현상은 중국 여러 지역에서 볼 수 있다.
여기 보이는 것은 강수 지방의 장예에 위치하고 있는 색깔은
몇 백만 년에 걸쳐서 빨간 모래돌과 다른 둘들이 쌓여서 이루어졌다.
