PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is due within 7 days of confirmation.
• The balance is due no less than 60 days prior to date of program.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• Up to 90 days prior to date of program: 20%
• Up to 42 days prior to date of program: 50%
• Up to 15 days prior to date of program: 80% of the total rate
• Up to 1 day prior to date of program / no show: 100% of the total rate
